Re: OSS Lugaru: Turner is back and 100% open source

You are welcome to include my Mini Campaign, even if the first level is crap that doesn't seem to work anymore. I need to delete that and re-up the campaign with just the good levels.

Re: Problem to register Lugaru !

Hello, I have exactly the same problem. I have mac os El Capitan and just downloaded Lugaru. The demo looks great and I’m looking forward to buy the game. However, it seems I cannot write any number with my laptop when I’m in the game. I have some doubts, how could I enter the registration number i...

Re: All maps of Lugaru !

This is a handy enough post for a kick to the front and really should be stickied. I tried my hand at the map editor again today. I forgot how hard it is to do anything. You constantly move and can't tell where the things are going to spawn. You can't set the exact angle you want or the rotation you...

Re: Fan Art

Very good picture, Holt5. I like the little rabbit's size compared to the larger. Very good blades of grass and the hint grass sprouting through the path is a good touch. Colors work well, too. Great job.

Re: New MOD

Please zip everything into a single file. I can't download multiple at once and I really don't want to put everything in one at a time.

Re: Does Overgrowth work on windows 8?

My laptop's base cpu speed is 1.5, it can/will automatically overclock itself to 2.4ghz for single thread programs(and a few other things) when it is cool enough in general. I've never had a problem with heat so far. I'm using an AMD cpu, so it doesn't produce as much heat as an intel and has decent...

Re: Does Overgrowth work on windows 8?

Most laptop CPUs automatically over and under clock themselves these days to save power or boost performance.

Re: Does Overgrowth work on windows 8?

Actually, I just remembered something about windows 8 and overclocking, they don't mix well

http://www.extremetech.com/computing/16 ... cking-site

Windows 8 has a real time clock issue when the CPU speed is changed after boot up.

Re: Does Overgrowth work on windows 8?

Despite my great dislike of windows 8 for it's surprisingly bad tablet user interface...

It should play alright, though you may want to see if you can overclock your CPU if it lags too much. I wouldn't expect it to play at full HD resolution at a good framerate.

Re: Best Free-Ware Games?

http://boyslife.org/games/online-games/22818/pedro-and-the-pearls-of-peril/ is a decent game. Fairly short as you can beat it in about half hour, but still fun. World of Padman is good, if only really multiplayer http://worldofpadman.net/website/news Quest for Glory 2, the freeware remake is quite g...

Re: Difficulty curve?

Yes, Corpse Cannon(as I like to call it) is very much overpowered. There are a variety of ways to take out the wolves, Corpse Cannon being, of course, the easiest. It is fully possible to fairly fight them, but you do need practice doing so. You can trip one and quickly crouch and attack to stab the...
