Stealth and the application thereof
The stealth in this game seems to have become one of the most important aspects, what with enemies hitting just as hard as you it seems. In Lugaru, stealth was a frustrating and inexact science which basically boiled down to "Stay behind them, or some other object and stay crouched." As fa...

Cities and Settlements in the world of overgrowth
The island of Lugaru is fairly large, and as we've seen the Animals on it have long passed their nomadic period, being that they've already gathered together into stationary groups for food and protection. How will the cities and settlements we encounter reflect that? I know we've seen the preview o...

Re: Overgrowth Multiplayer discussion
This game NEEDS multiplayer. Adding it is absolutely mandatory. The developers disagree. No offense, but I doubt the people who've worked on this game for a few years would've missed that if it was as simple as you think. I guess you said that about Lugario, too. Look how it turned out. A nice engi...

Re: Ranged Weapons
Ranged weapons would be nice yes. But keep in mind that it is nearly impossible for bows to be particularly stealthy without a decent group behind it. Arrows make a very loud wizzing noise, and they aren't exactly the easiest weapons to aim with, so while hitting kindof nullifies this, missing would...

Re: Animal Sounds vs. Voice Acting
What's wrong with reading subtitles? Sounds like this generation expects more out of a dialog... While voice acting may provide the action and feel of the situation, that alone can be substituted with other elements, like body languages, facial expressions, and sound effects. How the heck do you th...

Re: Animal Sounds vs. Voice Acting
oh, right, that's what you meant. Yes, quality voice acting is difficult to find, and particularly for work like this there would have to be a fully written and edited script and a few acting coaches to get the actors to do the work. So yes, I know it's difficult. My school has some quality recordin...

Re: No female characters planned?
I for one welcome a game without oversexualised characters! Samus Aran of Metroid fame never needed to be this absurdly hot bimbo to become an icon. Sure, after the first few games, the various endings tend to show her without armor (and the GBA had that zero-suit), but the fact that she was a woma...

Re: Webcomics
Questionable Content Don't worry. It's not NSFW. This is a great webcomic with an actual story, well-developed characters, some very funny laugh-out-loud moments and some moments that would bring tears to even the manliest of eyes. You kindof have to read it from the beginning to get the whole stor...

I understand. That user was becoming particularly annoying, however. They just kept posting even after their posts were disapproved, and It was all porn sites. I'm sorry, I was a little perturbed at the time.
