Dude, if you're going to make him a badass sixth sense kind of thing you should give him a blindfold. He'd be like a savant rabbit who fights only by hearing.

That would be awesome.

I really really like it, but it seems like he can't see out from under that hood. maybe the hood should be a bit more shallow to facilitate his herbivorous arrangement of anatomy?

Yeah, I did too-- it was like my lifelong goal. I really miss reading them though, and also I miss being able to bother David and John with questions. It was really cool to be able to talk to the developers.

I like what you have done! I do think your view-angle calibration of the jumping should be changed though. I would suggest making the jump velocity go up until you hit looking straight ahead at which point you have maximum jump velocity, and looking up from there would just make you jump more direct...

I looked into it because I saw the preliminary motion video way back when I played lugaru-- it was like a test for procedural animation in Lugaru 2 or something.

I don't know about you guys, but I would never get up like this in a fight. Being face down is difficult to deal with-- but you can just stand up from being on your back without using your arms, it only takes about one second.
