Re: Ancestral Tales Campaign

Just about two years ago I tried playing the first part of the campaign but it keeps crashing. If you have any suggestions how how to fix it please let me know, thanks. Try the edited version from this repository: https://gitlab.com/osslugaru/nonfree-mods/tree/master (download link for the zip: htt...

Do you have a link? I've tried to list all mods I could find in https://gitlab.com/osslugaru/lugaru/issues/31 but might have missed some.

Release: OSS Lugaru 1.2 (11/02/2017)

Hi there, Two months after our initial release of Lugaru 1.1 , here's the new version 1.2 for the 100% open source continuation of Lugaru HD. All in all, if you've played version 1.1, there are no huge changes: mostly bug fixes in some levels, improvements and fixes to the modding tools, and still a...

Re: Can't we play Lugaru in multyplayer with hamachi

Yes, I'm well aware that this is a necro, but hasn't the source code been found again? It'd be nice to play muliplayer on this, I can't afford Overgroth yet. Here's the source code you're looking for: https://osslugaru.gitlab.io/ The open licensing has also been extended to the data, too, so you do...

Re: Tannim's Mini Campaign - Updated 8/5/09

Here's an updated version of Tannim's Mini Campaign to work with Lugaru 1.1. The only change is fixing the clothes paths so that they are loaded properly.

Re: OSS Lugaru: Turner is back and 100% open source

You are welcome to include my Mini Campaign, even if the first level is crap that doesn't seem to work anymore. I need to delete that and re-up the campaign with just the good levels. Could you add a statement to the original post of your thread on the Mini Campaign to specify its license? It shoul...

Re: OSS Lugaru: Turner is back and 100% open source

This is great. Are you going to add the other two campaigns? (Lugaru: Reluctant Assassin and Lugaru: Ancestral Tales). I'd like to, but I need a public statement from their authors that they put them under an open source license such as CC-BY-SA 4.0, like it was done for Temple, Empire and Seven Ta...

Re: Lugaru Map Save Issue

Glad to see modders playing with the open source version! A side node about bugs in the open source version: Please don't hesitate to report them directly on the GitLab repository (you'd have to register an account on GitLab.com for that, though I think you might be able to login with a GitHub or Go...

Re: OSS Lugaru: Turner is back and 100% open source

To modders, note this change from the release notes of version 1.1: Dehardcoded game data loading, making proper system-wide installs possible on Linux This change broke some of the compatibility with existing mods, as the character clothes paths were hardcoded in the map files. It might also have i...

OSS Lugaru: Turner is back and 100% open source

Hi there, OSS Lugaru, what's this? Some of you might be aware that Lugaru had been open sourced by Wolfire in 2010 in the early golden days of the Humble Indie Bundle. It had then seen various improvement forks from interested contributors, which were then merged together in the "OSS Lugaru" project...

Re: Broadside Express Continuation project

It would be really nice to have a Subversion repository or whatever version control system you want for The Broadside Express. In two days, two different continuation projects have spawned and I fear we will be less efficient if we split our workforce in many forks. Could we create a single Broadsid...
