This is my first try, but here goes:

I can't seem to get the visual c++ runtime 2005 to install. I've used winetricks, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.

I was attempting to work on a small avoid-the-boulders type javascript game, but unfortunately it seems to slow down after a while, and I cannot seem to find out why, maybe if anyone else is interested in looking at it (or wants to learn what NOT to do in javascript) here it is. p.s. ignore the name...
