Re: So...
Well, thanks to Ren, trolls are just a game. You have to decipher the underlying message of their post, as opposed to just outright taking offense to every damned thing they say. Considering they were taking themselves so seriously, and want to be taken seriously, they probably should have been doin...

Re: So...
Hey, hey, I actually went back and removed my name from all the places I can remember it being on the internet because of that. I also don't appreciate people trying to find my phone number because I trolled their project.

Re: So...
I told them what anyone in they're right mind would tell them - it's gonna fail. They were all inexperienced anyways. I just kinda kept at it for a while.

Some random people on a gaming site getting together to create an MMO. Just like, oh, I dunno...404054047467 other projects that have failed just like it.

Re: So...
Thanks. I think one guy was trying to get my phone number. Thank god for misspellings in the phone book. In any case, my name's not tied to that SN anymore.

I'd like a duh slap from everyone. You know, the way that Tony hits McGee when he does something stupid (NCIS reference).
Remind me never to troll a community project again...people take it too far. Some of them looked up my real name.

Re: Lagoa Multiphysics Engine, seriously impressive
While obviously not perfect yet, I can easily say that I'm completely blown away. I wonder how long until physics like this can be used in-game. Even realistic footprints in the sand are an appreciated touch-up, when you think about it. :D On a side-note, CCP's cloth rendering seems nowhere near as ...

Well, there's always that nice shiny "CONTACT" button right next to the "MESSAGE BOARD" button, right at the top of this page. But really, posting in the forums does show professionalism... ...well...that and the odd idea of paragraphs you have going on...and the fact that...

Re: Anyone know how to get 16-bit games working on a 64-bit
64 bit windows cannot run 16 bit programs except through an emulation layer like virtual PC. 64bit hardware can run 16 bit though if a 16 or 32 bit operating system is installed on it. Yeah, unfortunately. And there are a few, Endoperez. One was some MMO I found recently, and I wouldn't mind being ...

More indies go open source?! o_O
Well...sort of. This time around, it's going to cost some cash, but coming from the company it's from, it's almost expected. Anyways, I saw it on the LOVE forums, and it seems that Introversion has, for 30 British Pounds, put up a package for the source code for both Darwinia and Multiwinia. Here 's...

Anyone know how to get 16-bit games working on a 64-bit PC?
Yeah...like the title says. I have a 16 bit game I want to try out and I can't because it gives me an error saying I need to run it on a 16-bit system, pretty much.
Any ideas?
