Re: [MOD] Gain random perks each round
Cool mod idea! I've been talking Receiver mod distribution with David in the past, and I'm pretty sure he said it's OK to distribute the receiver executable file without the data content for mods, which should work fine so long as the mod is code only. You should try contacting him on the IRC to dou...

Re: [Tutorial] Creating your first map
Hey SteelRaven7, do you think you could add this tutorial as a Steam guide? That's an excellent idea. I'll have a go at that. Will this tutorial be updated again? The tutorial is labelled as having 7 parts, but there are only 3. Seems I bit of more than I could chew :P. Most of the last points real...

Re: OGW Q&A with David Rosen
To David: Do you use spherical harmonics to store light probe information for global illumination?
To Idubbbz: Was that question technical enough?

Re: [MOD] Water Hotspot
Yeah, that's exactly what it does. You can increase the floating force parameter to make the ragdoll float upwards.Crystalwarrior wrote:Holy crap this is very cool!
Although is it possible to make it so the ragdoll is low grav when inside the hotspot? So you float upwards in a ragdoll mode?

Hmm, are you sure about that? GoLimp() is just short for Ragdoll(_RGDL_FALL), and I already do another Ragdoll call.
Anyway, I'll have a look at this blue overlay thing as well.

Re: [Mod] Rocket
The first two errors should be fixable by simply changing line 39 from this: starting_point = ReadObjectFromID(params.GetFloat("Rocket OBJ ID Number")).GetTranslation(); to this: int rocketID = params.GetFloat("Rocket OBJ ID Number"); starting_point = ReadObjectFromID(rocketID).G...

I was playing around with another angelscript utils script, but it didn't make any sense so I removed it....

[MOD] Water Hotspot
Eyyy, long time no see. After watching some idubbbz videos I figured I should put together a water hotspot thing to make sea levels more attractive. It turned out something like this: http://i.imgur.com/Yid2XXJ.png http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zq2q50L0L7o The hotspot is available here: WaterHotspo...

I've been playing around with this for a bit, the result:
There's currently no public download, but it's fairly easy to implement if you know your way around unity.

Re: Any ideas for our Overgrowth Facebook page?
I agree with the other posts, using the website as a gateway to the official site is not ok when there are ads and outright crap functionality like the "Retwibble this site for the link" stuff. What it does is put the developers in a bad light, since some users may think that the site is o...

9/10
It's memorable, got a nice style. It's a bit too fast though, like if there would be a delay between the color channel dispersion thing it'd be a 10/10.
