Re: Humble THQ bundle
The greatest strength of Humble Bundle inc. has always been that 'hard line' that they drew in the dirt. All games will have Windows, Mac and Linux versions. All games will be DRM free. I remember reading an earlier post talking about how many developers were denied entry for Humble Bundle 2 because...

Re: Unofficial alpha 91, weekly build
Theres a program called Berkelium, but I think they wanted to wait and see if Awesomium was going to get Linux support so they wouldn't need to waste time porting. Unfortunately the person in charge of Awesomium has been dragging his feet in getting it done for a long time and it looks unlikely that...

Re: Wine thread (Linux users)
Well so much for it happening within July (let alone getting a reliable estimate).

Re: Unofficial alpha 89, weekly build
I posted on the Awesomium forums about this over a week ago. I have yet to receive any form of response .SlickMcRunFast wrote:Hay! Any new words on that Awesomium thing and the Linux build?

Re: years from release?
Doesn't matter too much how long it takes for it to be done seeing as pre-orderers get access to all the Alphas and the Betas when they eventually come out. Think of it like Oblivion, the vanilla game was alright but with years of steadily made mods it became kick-ass! Except here Overgrowth's Alpha...

Re: Petition for the Phoenix Engine
I asked a question about being able to make a stand alone title earlier. The response I got was that if you really needed access to the source code and wanted to sell your game they were open to cutting a deal (Aka: Licensing the engine). (I apologize if my interpretation is incorrect, please correc...

Re: where is overgrowth at?
Game development is a slow process (unless you want to make a crappy game) so just be patient. Try out the weekly alpha if you can't wait.

Re: Quick hand please
I wouldn't pay very much at all for that. Definitely not more than the worth of the hard drive and dvd burner (seeing as those are the only two parts that seem salvageable). Don't pay more than $20 (prolly 10 to 12 euros).
Edit: 1 Euro is $1.29 so more like 15 or 16 euros.

So I was doing this online 20 questions thing...
and I decided I would think of Turner from Lugaru. I was very surprised when in 15 questions it got it. This thing is insane! It's gotten everything I've tried so far. If you wanna try it it is here: http://us.akinator.com/# I'm gonna try the Whaleman now. (P.S. Sorry if this should be in a differen...
