Is there anyway to assign controller buttons to do certain features like: Slow Motion, Throat Cut, any Ragdoll (M,N) or the reset (X)?

Love this game.

I would really love to have one of these in this style of game. The physics are amazing and the way that the knives were implemented I don't seem it could be that hard for these talented developers to simulate this. Is there mods that have this already? Would you guys like to see this implemented?
