Good job ignoring the fact that he could be talking about Lugaru, guys.
Although I thoroughly doubt it.

Re: Combat not working right?
Hmm, I really don't know, but I know of two possibilites:
1) You accidentally turned off Combat mode. Press C.
2) There's a weapon on the map they can't get to, so they go as close to it as possible and just stay there.
Other than that, I have no idea. Combat works fine for me.

Re: Invisible walls
While invisible walls aren't perfect, visible walls are even worse because it implies that it's IMPOSSIBLE to leave which doesn't make sense because you are most definitely going to travel around in the campagin. But I really like both the "character gets slower as he approaches the wall" ...

Re: Multiplayer. My personal plea to wolfire.
I really like the auto camera, but it could use some work. I tried playing Suspension (a parkour map with loads of consecutive wallruns) with a controller and it's almost impossible because the camera points in the direction you wallrun which isn't optimal for most cases. The camera also seems to po...

Re: Unofficial Overgrowth a150, weekly build
I can confirm the "No controller hooked up => Crash" thing. When I first started it, I didn't have a controller plugged in and it just closed before I saw the main menu. Then, I plugged in my XBox 360 for Windows controller and it worked. I repeated that two times and it seems extremely li...

So, the rigging and animation editor isn't in the current build? Bummer, that thing was so cool.Endoperez wrote:Animations have to be done through Blender, which can be daunting. The necessary files and scripts are included with Overgrowth though.

If the link above doesn't work, or you don't trust me(I wouldn't), you can get it here: http://www.gamefront.com/files/3829638 Thank you, that's awesome! It works absolutely perfectly, is a really small file and it only takes a few seconds from opening the program to having the converted file. And ...

Re: Mod: Main Menu with Custom Maps (Over 40 user maps inclu
I have a suggestion to you Anton Go to Data/Textures/Terrain/red_hills/ folder and open red_hills_c.tga_converted.dds with Gimp now save it so that it will be named red_hills_c.tga and put that file into your mod file so everyone who is missing this file can get it with your mod. Unforunately, you ...

Re: Things you would like to see in future updates.
I would really love to see different AI types because those would really make the combat so much more tactical. I am absolutely against bows because in a game where basically everything else is just close quarter combat, a sniper somewhere out of your reach is just a really cheap way to die. I also ...

Re: Mod: Main Menu with Custom Maps (Over 40 user maps inclu
BTW, yes, I can load Red Shards without any problems, but if I load any of the custom maps that use the same terrain, I get the error message. And so many maps use that terrain map, it's kind of annoying. If you get that error, and click ok (there might be one more error) then try loading the map a...

Re: "Escape Route" Waypoints
Well, considering what kind of crazy stuff players are able to do, I really doubt an AI could accurately follow that, so those escape nodes sound like a good idea.
Then again, I'm no programmer and David might be able to create an AI capable of parkour like the player.

It's from the Duck Tales game. The theme is from the Moon level.Korban3 wrote:Har har, I find myself watching that first one for entertainment. What's the song from the first video? It's really familiar sounding, but I'm loving it.
Just look up "Duck Tales Moon Theme" and you'll find it.
