What games don't run very well on your PC? I can run Overgrowth with no major difficulty.
Also, I don't think there's a settings menu, but there's a config you can edit to grab the right settings.

Higher Jumps, Wallrun should give more distance and height, unlike the simple one that basically works like a normal jump.
