I think the latest version of the flying mod has a button to toggle it on/off. However, you're right that those 2 mods aren't compatible yet.
A moonjump would be a lot of fun. I can imagine some really neat levels making use of that.

Re: [Weapon] War Hammer [final release]
It seems when the weapon makes it's impact there isn't any force behind it particularly. Maybe make more of a "windup" animation before the impact.

Re: [Character] Frog (playable)
The palette map is a cool thing to add to an object/character. You can do many things with that thing. And what i like to add is that the palette map is using 4 color channel maps that every texture has. In Gimp you can select those in Channels window and paint them individually, this means that yo...

Re: [Weapon] War Hammer [final release]
I agree the animations look a little wonky, but the weapon is pretty cool. Looks brutal.

Re: [Versus Map] Kaijusagi
Ya those trees are somewhat of a distraction. Also, the trees are really wavy, wavy to the point where it's ridiculous. I'll make a guess: the wave isn't affected by the object's scale. It's a shader parameter, I don't think shaders can read properties from objects. Not sure though. Shaders can read...

Re: NEW MAP (CHESS GAME!!!)
Nice level! Real creative use of the objects. I wonder if it will ever be possible to push/drag objects. That would be amazing to play a game of chess in Overgrowth.
...or heck, if pushing/dragging become possible, it might even be possible to play Desperate Gods in Overgrowth.

Re: Contributions to the official release and modding commun
I'm not sure if it would work for the musictest.xml, but when making my Frog character ribbit, I could adjust the amount of variants in the sound file and it would seemingly pick random .wavs every time. <?xml version="1.0" ?> <soundgroup variants="1" delay="0" volume=&...

In this map you'll play as giant rabbits fighting each other in a desert city. http://i.imgur.com/gqq71.jpg http://i.imgur.com/kHh0q.jpg This map was inspired by Kaiju Combat (http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/14214732/kaiju-combat-giant-monsters-awesome-fighting-onlin) and the campaign ...

It was causing lag for some people so David disabled it for this alpha. He'll probably bring it back for the next one.

Re: Map: Are you better than cats?
Pretty cool little map. I like how you used the ruins on the outskirts of the town, kind of made the area seem more personal somehow.
Also, you might want to rename the .xml file to something different. And you can press f7 in the editor mode to take screenshots without the UI.

Re: Whack a Frog
Ha, nice level! I like how it gets progressively harder. That trampoline section is freaking sweet too. Are the frogs supposed to be colored? In the screenshot I see a green one, in the level though they are all white. edit: Come to think of it, you might have made this level with the older version ...

I've been using Sculptris for all my texturing. So here is the first version of the texture I made. http://i.imgur.com/Yc4Ci.jpg I then made the texture grayscale in Photoshop and re-imported it back into sculptris. http://i.imgur.com/cs6sl.jpg Looking at the palette maps for other characters, blue,...
