Re: Desperate Gods Mods/Alterations/Suggestions Thread

A way to scroll through servers or games. Seriously, you can only look at one page as far as I can tell. A friend couldn't even find mine. Peer 2 Peer support would be great. An update has quietly been made that now has a scroll bar. I got very frustrated when I tried to play with a friend until I ...

Shuffling would also be much appreciated. You can shuffle by shaking a deck. I'm really enjoying the game, but a few things are confusing and difficult. First of all, the rules state that you should place cards on the bottom of their decks, which is very tedious with the current controls. Also, the...

Your videos are wonderful, thank you for creating and uploading. Your reasonable approach on these (sometimes controversial) subjects is great, and I'm so glad that you try to be unbiased while still admitting that you have some bias. Also the rate at which you put out new content is astonishing.

Re: Sui generis melts your eyes to pummely dust

Oh my this looks wonderful. Looks like everyone thinks the animations look silly. The dev mentioned that they are using physics based muscle control on the characters, which is very hard to get quite right. The AI and player characters honestly look like blundering fools with hardly enough balance t...

Re: Getting traced in the internet (please read I need help)

I enjoyed adwuga's story so much that I decided to share my own. A couple months ago I very nearly got in serious trouble for decrypting the passwords to every computer on my school system's network. The only reason I did it was because I needed administrative rights to fix a computer at my internsh...

Wow! Worked like a charm! Thanks so much!

Re: Receiver for mac won't start

I'm having the very same issue here. Its been happening to several of the programs I download. I'm on Snow Leopard, and I think the issue may be because programs are now being made for Lion? On some Java run applications, such as the SUM Launcher, I can solve the problem by opening the Jar file. I f...

Re: Concerning the Preorder Price of Overgrowth

Put into that perspective, I totally agree. I just wish my darn friends would hurry up and buy this game.
They seem totally willing to pump 70 bucks into an overhyped game to buy it on the day of release. :|

Concerning the Preorder Price of Overgrowth

While I think the $30 I spent to play the Alpha builds and get secret forum access was well worth it, I think the price tag may be a bit high. My main reason for saying this is that I've been showing the game off to friends who react with enthusiasm at the great mechanics and excitedly ask me how mu...

Re: My wishes for Overgrowth

Wow, you're asking for a lot, I'm sure plenty of this stuff will be updated to come quite close to this. I'm not quite sure weapons will get as in depth as you explained, but they will be cultural and the developers have already developed quite a bit of lore to go along with each different race and ...

Re: My wishes for Overgrowth

For those that don't know about this: I was browsing Wolfire Games' youtube channel when I came across this rap that gives some details about the plans for each race of characters. It might help clear up people's confusion about which characters do what and our wishes for different fighting styles. ...

Re: My wishes for Overgrowth

Its honestly too much to ask for this to be implemented, but my greatest wish would be a more comprehensive fighting system (its already incredible). Right now you're limited to I think about 2 different punches, 3 different kicks (4 including the ground kick?), a grab that only works after sneaking...
