Re: Unofficial Overgrowth a200 build
Awesome. With the female models, I can get to work faster on that mod I was going for.(I like the one with gloves and cargo shorts; makes me feel like Lara Croft for some reason). Also the tweaks to the run animations and the throwing animation for the heavy weapons look awesome. Keep up the good wo...

Re: What do you want to be implemented in the next build?
Even though The Arena is being worked on I believe campaign incentives within would do nicely. For example any remember how most old RPG games(below dreamcast) had EX Dungeons or Arenas that would always have a set of challenge settings like 3 enemies for easy and 10 enemies for hard? The tenth bein...

Re: Overgrowth Feature ideas
I found that trying to block knife attacks is useless when you're unarmed, but maybe they can add something where blocking when someone attacks you with a knife will cut your arms and hands instead of your chest and stomach, which will do less damage but of course it would still hurt you. Unless th...

Re: **David, please read** Whaleman as a Trading Card
I wonder what Whaleman's trading card'll look like? Like a school bus full of rabbit children running away while Whaleman crushes their school and uses his laser eyes to level half of the city. In quotations on the bottom it would say "Whaleman does not approve!" Or at least i think that'...

Re: Open World/Open ended SUGGESTION
Name any open world game you can think of and I can bet that their story never put you in a state of urgency well enough to say "I've got to get this done pronto." There probably are several. Game developers make mistakes too, right? :D Daggerfall might be one. Several of the random quest...

Re: Open World/Open ended SUGGESTION
good level design =/= open world features EDIT: Actually it does. Though the game may not be open-world, it can have qualities of it. Dishonored and Batman: Arkham City are good games to represent that. In fact, Skyrim to some extent has a few level-based-designs since the dungeons, cities, and hou...

Re: Open World/Open ended SUGGESTION
I'd like to see a linear story with open world or diverse features. Like Dishonoured. But.... "Dishonored" WAS a level-based game. You had loading screens -not just from place to place- but for going into certain areas, like a factory, or a mansion. It had variable play-style freedom, but...

Re: [Map] Delos - The Ancient Twin Peak City - WIP
I get this error when trying to load the level: http://i.imgur.com/oKPRBBr.png I get this randomly and kinda rarely when loading levels. I have this same problem. Map will load the sky and just kick it, forcing me to down OG. The one with no enemies works fine though so it might me the enemies. I g...

Re: [CHARACTER] the bird rabbit hybrid
Despite the fact that this initially gave me nightmares, it's an interesting one to say the least. I thought it looked more like a flying squirrel as someone above stated. Nice work.

Re: [Map] River Fight
This map is just awesome. The atmosphere was so serene. the babbling brooks and the stage-down waterfalls were really impressive. I liked that the fights were in open shallow water, gives it that old samurai vagabond feel. Well, I just choked most of them out and beat their friends to death, but it ...

Re: NEW MAP (CHESS GAME!!!)
Nice level! Real creative use of the objects. I wonder if it will ever be possible to push/drag objects. That would be amazing to play a game of chess in Overgrowth. ...or heck, if pushing/dragging become possible, it might even be possible to play Desperate Gods in Overgrowth. :o Somebody st...
