I've downloaded a couple of mods in anticipation, but there's one major thing i forgot...i don't know how to use mods . Anyway, can someone post step-by-step instructions on how to use them?

ok, someone PLEEZ tell me how to get up the lookout tower SPECIFICALLY, or at least video tape urself getting up the tower and post it to the thread. I've tried and i just can't reach the 3rd block thingy.
