Not blood decals I don't think. For me they still don't show. I think what they meant by decals was the ones you can spawn in to decorate the level.

I've got a few glitches regarding stealth: 1: If an enemy sees you and starts walking towards you but you hide before you alert them, they just turn away and go back to their patrol or whatever, but when you're on a high object (maybe its because they cant access the area you're on) and you hide bef...

If an NPC is on a patrol pattern and they see you and start walking towards you but you go out of their sight before you actually alert them and initiate combat, they just go back to their patrol pattern. Hi, on Overgrowth when the bleeding effect takes place all the blood on the character models show up, but there's no blood drip decals or blood spatters when you hit someone with the broad sword to be seen. basically, the blood half works. It shows up as wounds, and it seeps out of them and whatnot...
