Re: No PS3 controller support?
I have no direct experience with getting a controller to work, but since I think the game just looks for a generic gamepad, a PS3 one should work. Is your computer recognizing it? Here are some drivers, just be careful. http://www.motioninjoy.com Basically, Micro$oft makes it easy for their controll...

Re: Receiver Graphical Performance
it's mostly due to Unity's bastard business model, where occlusion culling (which is essential for any reasonable 3d game) is disabled unless you pay for the Pro version That can't be the reason. Unless I'm mistaken, the pro version is needed to add shadows. Since there are shadows, Receiver must b...

Re: Download Receiver for free! (7-day FPS game)
I seem to have a problem launching reciever. I get an error saying this: Error There should be 'Receiver_Data' folder next to the executable Can someone help me? Receiver needs a specific file structure. Both the exe and the receiver data folder must be in the same folder (if you don't have the dat...

Re: Download Receiver for free! (7-day FPS game)
First impressions from the new version. -It's easier! I seem to be getting more ammo, and more kills on drones (perhaps bias on this one) -The Glock is cool, it's fun to rock 'n roll on the drones... even if that's of questionable effectiveness. It is a little ambiguous from the help system which wa...

Re: AI's React to Knife Holds
Yes, sounds good. I don't think they should back off completely, but just keep a distance, begin to surround you, and only move close if you wait for too long. They know you might slit the guys throat, so they want to be close in case you do, yet they also want to prevent it, hence not too close. Ma...

Re: Bringing back Lugaru in Overgrowth
Yea, there isn't any point in adding features just for gore (or, is there?) but I would like the be ability to attack a downed enemy, curb-stomp or stab. With that in, may as well leave it for dead enemies too. Ohh Idea! It's good for the bad guys to be able to do it, to help thuggish characterizati...

Re: Describe Overgrowth in one word
Feral
What I hope it is. Not evil, or menacing, per say, but Untamed and Dangerous. Unforgiving (like the combat) yet Majestic landscapes. Not to say that there aren't mostly peaceful settlements.
That's my one word, explained.

Re: How did you find out about Overgrowth?
I saw a small Youtuber's video (SqueegyMackoy). He was showing combat and I immediately was amazed by the animation, combat style (Mount and Blade-ish) and the ninja rabbit protagonist.
