He looks like he's trying to fly off like an airplane with those arms like that. I'd suggest giving a bend at the elbows and have the arms more closer together in front of the chest in an asymmetrical stance.

I'd say the black rocks contrast too unpleasantly with the green of the rest of the map. It looks too awkward.
