Nope, it really is just a set number. Through experimentation it's fairly obvious. I know that errors will either crash the game or leave the decks blank. No, it's simply a flat capacity problem.
No matter what card would be added, it would cause a crash. The max would be 1xx. Before that number it works just about. Beyond that it crashes. We tested using various cards -- it's just a set number.
