Will we ever see bones as more of a feature. eg a broken leg affecting walking or a broken arm effecting damage ?

I REALLY want to contribute to this community but i all ways feel uninspired and after i get over that I would really like to know how to rig a characterin blender . so if anyone knows how to do that please tell/link me how to do it.

I really dont know how or why this happend butI ended up using a really old username for my accounts (which are mostly cringe worthy) . If it is possible can I change it or if i cant change it could someone change it to theonemat.

if i bought it on hublestore will i get it on steam?
