Yes! A deeper combat would be great!

A more player determined combat would make split screen more competitive. And the PvE would just get a hell of a lot interesting.
What if you could interact and chose from which side you were going to round-house-kick. And the same for blocking. :wink:

It seems to me that this discussion has reached its full potential. While water living animals would be kewl I hardly see it fit for the game. Also, don't you guys think Wolfire should focus more on the in game dynamics and the editor before they spend time on modelling animals? I mean, soon enough ...

I think jump length/height and such should be at least slightly determined by velocity the player has. Since this game has such a nice movement system I think its only fair to make the parkour part of the game more interesting. And more varied. I would like to see desmembration and more jump fight tecnics. Tnks Yes, indeed. More fighting techniques overall. The current jump physics are too intense for combat anyway. I would like to see the combat system be improved. Maybe I just don't understand it completely but i feel like you should be able to decide whether to punch or kick. Also, it seems your kicks are just randomized or even-odd between left and right kicks, more control would be nice. I see so much pote...
