Re: Where are the weekly updates?
I was thinking how awesome it'd be if David had a separate Twitter account for Overgrowth progress reports. Even if it's just one or two tweets a week, even if they're not-particularly-interesting behind the scenes stuff. It'd be nice to see what he's focusing on and the updates wouldn't take a tent...

Re: $29.99 ≠ £22.99
If you think that's annoying, check the Russian and Brazillian stores, especially during sales. 95% off on some of those things.

Re: Lag future fix?
Lag and frame rate issues are colloquially used by the gaming community to mean two different things... this guy is definitely talking about frame rate. Just so this isn't a completely useless post: The alpha stage of game development generally focuses on core mechanics and features, beta is where t...

AI on Scrubby Hills?
Is it possible to put enemies down without them constantly jumping to their deaths? Updating the nav mesh doesn't seem to quell their suicidal tendencies.

Re: Bug reporting station

I haven't changed or added anything yet, it should be up to date, right? Secondly, I get between 30-80 FPS throughout the game, but if I try updating shadows it com...

Re: A DayZ approach (not exactly but hear me out)
I can imagine it working as a game idea, but not in Overgrowth. I think it'd require so much rewriting of the game engine that it's basically starting from scratch, so it might as well just be a new game. I'd like to see something like that happen though, regardless of the developer. Let's just hope...

Re: How did you find out about Overgrowth?
I found Lugaru many, many moons ago and enjoyed it for a short while. Looking it up again later on led me to Overgrown, maybe two years ago now. I decided to wait for completion but given the Steam Early Access release and today's Humble Store sale, figured I should just take the plunge. Now I'm wat...
