Re: Black shades 2 discusson
I really like the idea of having that kind of toony yet faceless style. Concerning the monotony in the original, sure all models were effectively the same in Black Shades, but I think you can get the same kind of neutrality/monotony by having everyone look different. Just look at any real crowd of p...

Re: What race do you like?
Haven't really seen much of any of them, so it's hard for me to decide. Just because I like being stealthy/ninja-like I guess I like rabbits or probably even cats more. Depends on how they will be portrayed in the game.

Re: Vote: Wolfire Tagline
I'm not quite sure what would be best myself, I simply think the way John's first Design looked was misleading, and there are potentially better ways of conveying the essence of Overgrowth. Here is second attempt, which I hope is a bit more interesting than my first, but which still conveys the esse...

Re: Vote: Wolfire Tagline
Because of that, I think a Logo showing one of each race is missleading: it would be more fitting for an MMO, or at the very least an RPG where choosing a different character is possible, or rather all the different races are equally important. as it stands now that is not the case with OG. Though ...

Re: Vote: Wolfire Tagline
Logo with characters ontop Discussed this a bit with John in a chat earlier. Although it looks cool, I feel that having one of each race is missleading. John said that so far, like they did in Lugaru, they are planning to have the story told from predominately a first person perspective, namely tha...

Re: Lugaru 2 simply looks amazing
Regardless of how old the thread is, If you're looking for things to do until OG comes out consider the following: 1. Preorder Overgrowth and contribute on the SPF . 2. Buy Lugaru to mess around with and contribute on its forum . There are plenty of awesome campaign (can't find direct link to mod pa...

Re: Dialogue Editor in Windows
Smok, I'm using the editor right now, and it's been great so far. I know you might be gone from the forums but incase you come back, I have a few suggestions for features you could add =) 1. A checkbox in the Dialogue editor for converting /n to linebreaks and vice versa. If checked it would display...

Re: How did you find Wolfire?
I found out about it right around the time Lugaru was released. The site looked quite different back then
I think I might have originally found it through www.MacGameFiles.com I really don't remember at all.

You might just have to try re-downloading Lugaru from scratch. I remember a good while ago something similar happened to me.Anonypossum wrote:nope, just changed the scream to a splat, and the main screen to a big quit with an arrow pointing to it. But I'll keep trying
