I think there still is. AFAIK it's irc.freenode.net/#wolfire. Actually, irc lets you create channels by simply just joining them, and since nobody's in those (#wolfire and/or #lugaru) channels at freenode, and that there is no official channel... We can have a server-vote for official unofficial ch...
