No. They are working on the Overgrowth campaign. And that cliffhanger will tie into it.

As for character creation, in the old sort of mini-campaign concept for the arena there was a kind of character selection screen placeholder. I don't think the focus is on the arena mode any longer, so I'm not sure of the future of it. Characters can be altered already, by loading different models, ...

It's in the advanced testing branch and will be in the next official update.

after playing a bit of the Lugaru campaign, I really think the game is missing checkpoints or a limited save function. A few examples. With all the knives in all the levels, it's pretty easy to get slashed up and barely make it to the last encounter. Then you make one small mistake and have to do it...

You're using your CD Key from Steam. You need to use your SPF Key.

Depends on how you've installed them. Maps you got with the SUMLauncher are available through the Editor section in the main menu. Maps you have installed manually need to be loaded manually by typing the exact name of the level's xml file as it appears in the Levels folder. So if the map is called ...

Did you buy from Steam or the Humble Store?

If you got it from Steam, make sure that you are using your SPF Key and no the CD Key you got from Steam.
