Do you get a crash report? Or does it just crash to desktop without an error? Maybe Lugaru's settings are broken. Try deleting the settings file, it should be in the main folder of Lugaru (I haven't got it installed on Win7, so I can't check where it is, maybe it's actually somewhere in Documents or...

Check if it runs in windowed mode.
For that, you have to edit the shortcut for starting Lugaru, on your Desktop or in your Start menu.

You could host the code on Google Code or github or something. That way, others could simply branch from it and continue development without you having to do a thing (apart from the repository setup). Anton could also host assets then. It looks different on my machine, seems like the UV mapping is different, or the texture is different or something. It's all in the right folders and stuff.

Haha come on.. Audacity is pretty popular, and the ogg specifics I got from Anton tinkering with the music. The technical explanation is from Wikipedia and the MP3 licensing thing has blown up a few times over the years.

The game does not play MP3 files at all. You need to encode them as OGG files. The reason why this is so is that MP3 en- and decoding is bound to a proprietary license in some countries.
