I think you might find throughing a shuriken through your fingers to very difficult, especially if they left little cuts on the webbing between your fingers.

They do that in Call of Duty 2. When you're aiming with the sniper rifle, you can hold down a button to hold your breath, and the scope will steady. Otherwise your shaking all aroud.
