There is no mod for this as far as I know, but there is a debug feature you can use to see the health. It doesn't look that good, but it works. To use the debug feature: start a level press F1 to start the editor in the menu bar at the top, press "Settings → Debug → AI → Show Combat State"...

An Explorer window with the crash folders in it should appear when the game crashes. Otherwise you can find them in this location: My Documents\Wolfire\Overgrowth\

Make sure that if you right click the game in Steam, click Properties and then "SET LAUNCH OPTIONS...", that there is nothing there. I know that if something is wrong there it causes this exact issue, so worth a look at least.

I'd say if you want to be sure that the level script isn't an issue, set it to nothing. You might need to manually open the level xml file and remove anything between the <Script> tags. A level doesn't need to have a script, so if you just remove it, at least that's out of the equation for being a p...

To fix file collision errors you have to deactivate mods that change the same files. Only one mod can be modifying a single file at a time.

In the second image you can see that the UVs clearly look stretched, and since the blood is stretched in the same way we can conclude that the weapon UVs are used for the blood textures on the weapons. Can you link to the mod with the weapons that have buggy blood textures and write what the names of the weapons are?
