Its fixed now! :) The problem was my character was made out of quads instead of tris ( i usually make models from quads but it was pretty easy to fix this problem in blender to make the squares into triangles!) I'm thinking the reason why is because of how the game needs to render blood on your char...

I did that and replaced the phxbn file with the one with the vertex groups deleted but I'm still getting the fatal error whenever i try to spawn it :(

Thanks! I found that I needed 2.55b of blender instead of trying to use 2.58 cause the scripts weren't compatible.
