Here is the official spark.tga file spark.tga.zip Expand it then copy to data/textures. Allow me Spark.TGA placeholder (rmb>save) It's just a simple placeholder image but it suffices. Sounds good, although a face isn't always lethal, but if it's any more realistic than what you said it would be annoying. It would be cool if you used the sharpness of objects to test if they should stick into the players they are thrown at. It would not take much after that to allow you to add thrown weapons. Javalin's, arrows etc. I seriously agree. And just maybe some thing else: Ever heard of Ottoman Empire musket...

I just have an idea for the blood: It would be cool to have it so in more blood filled areas (throat, heart) that there would be more bleeding, and if there is a slash to the throat, the comma effect takes over. Just an idea. :wink: Edit: The NPCs should be more smart when attacking with weapons e....

...in terms of realism, you wouldn't want to get close enough to throw. Yes, but melee fights end up so close quarters sometimes. Close, brutal and visceral is the way to go for brawling. Something about the no slowmo kinda makes (to me, anyways) it feel disconnected. Slow mo was more visceral, you could feel the blocks and finishing moves. Now, there is a lack of impact, everything is less punchy and too fast. When you hit someone, every nerves in the hitting limb send you signals,...
