Beat 14 again.

(damn, 3 points shy of the best score ever for a challenge level)

Playing on my other computer so that's why the time the time is back down.

And I know no one updates it any more, but whatever.

Re: Errm..your favourite music?

Now back on topic: I think I may have mentioned this band in the long-dead "metal heads" thread, but I have been listening to them a fair bit lately, and I think that they deserve another mention Amesoeurs: A french post-punk/shoegaze/black metal band that broke up after only an EP and a s...

Re: Universial Things Learned From Game Forums

Oh, I'm no particular Lady Gaga fan, I just mean that I don't think that it is a "lower" form of music. I might not find it as interesting or emotionally engaging as many others, but I think it is equally valid as music.

Re: Errm..your favourite music?

My taste in music varies more than an interracial 10some. For example, I like Jack Johnson, but also like Slipknot, AFI, and the Repetative Ramones. And I like hollywood undead, met em, hugged em, left with the cheesiest grin in the world. I like Pig Destroyer and Sigur Rós, and I don't even think t...

Re: Universial Things Learned From Game Forums

P.s. It could also be argued that "great works of art" could include games such as Shadow Of The Colossus. In this respect, is it only rewarding to create these works of art, or is it okay to appreciate them too? Is that rewarding? Personally, video games evoke a lot more emotion from me ...

Re: Errm..your favourite music?

And no feedback on the big lengthy post...I don't know why I bother. Maybe I should just go to a music forum. Eh, not really my thing. I didn't like the vocals that much at all, and the instrumental wasn't enough to make me endure them. I was expecting them to be a bit more breakdown-oriented, thou...

Re: Errm..your favourite music?

More noisy ambient stuff... (just the first band) Pyramids with Nadja. I cannot get enough of this album lately. I'm not quite sure what about it is so enticing, but it is simply incredible, and quite touching (specifically the track "Another War") It can be streamed in it's entirety here:...

Re: Scores and Times

I own a couple of the points records, so I may be able to give you some pointers (no pun intended). First off, for me, the wolves are the key to getting points. I generally just jump over them, then use a stream of close punch/ground kick combo's once you are behind them. If you are lucky, they will...

I don't care if I'm necroing, this thread deserves more life. And I may have brought up some of these bands in previous threads, but they all deserve mention here: Pelican: The Fire in Our Throats Will Beckon the Thaw is one of the best albums, instrumental or not that I have ever heard, and "M...

Re: Teleporting Wolves

As a matter of fact, they can actually fall off ledges while in feral run and teleport back onto the ledge! I have only observed this phenomenon once. Woah. This I have never heard of before. Now I'm impressed. I've seen it multiple times. And yes, the problem is greatly exacerbated with multiple w...

http://www.allmetalfest.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/Low-end-2009-600x434.jpg I completely neglected the fact that they are both from that area. Around here, though it would be relatively strange for an atmospheric or folk black metal band to tour with a grindcore band. It would be much more like...
