Re: obligatory introduction thread

Have you seen that warrior from Hammerfell? He's got curved swords. Curved. Swords.

You have Skype?
We can try and work these things out perhaps... We need the coding part more than anything, really.
Doesn't matter if you can't draw well, we can use some placeholders if you know how to get this in-game.

Re: Post your Desktop

I'm actually looking forward to shooters like BF4 on dual monitors. Probably exceptionally useful for multiplayer. It'd be useful for me to have dual monitors. Playing BF4 or any game like it, even Arma 3: Beta on dual monitors sounds amazing! I just don't have the cash to shell out, and I don't th...

Re: "Transmiter" Ideas for prequel to Receiver

With this sort of extremely detailed gun-combat, really the only thing that appeals to me is player-vs-player. Imagine the excitement of finding cover to reload your gun after it gets jammed while another player advances on you down a dark corridor. Or, imagine mastering a bullet ricochet and using...

Re: "Transmiter" Ideas for prequel to Receiver

You guys need to really get in depth in the game's story, before you try and come up with 'ideas'. We've said it, that the Cleartape isn't empty! The first time you listen to it, you can't filter it because you are still somewhat brainwashed. While this doesn't play out in Receiver(because all the t...

"It would take a significant amount of ammunition being put through the revolver for the cylinder to get hot enough to transfer enough heat to the brass to be uncomfortable to handle. If that were the case, the firearm would also be rather uncomfortable to handle." A fired cartridge will ...

Re: [IDEA] Hand Mirror (for checking corners)

Also stepping out and back around the corner is more or less completely safe as it is now. The mirror wouldn't offer you a safer way to do this, just a less hurky jerky one in my opinion. Really I just want to avoid awkwardly hopscotching my way around every blind corner as I play the game. It just...

T-Shirt idea for Receiver

Now, I know what you're thinking, and yes, I should get Overgrowth for free. Jest aside, Wolfire, you're welcome. I think that we should have a black T-shirt that has a shower of flashlights below a cloud, and above that, the words 'Receiver'. Like this: http://i.imgur.com/gUniKjz.jpg The back is ju...
