Actually it does, because it means the application does not contain PPC Binairies.

When reading the information of the application, you can read the type : "Application (Intel)".

Anyway, I hope it will be usable with PPC as soon as possible.

No PPC support...
I pre-ordered the game to take part of the alpha / beta testers...
Are Universal Binaries planned ?
