Re: Weapon Additions - Updated Nov. 16th
The random amounts of ammo you spawn with conflict with that in most cases. Especially when you spawn with around 10 rounds for the rifle in total, or maybe only a handful of shells for the M870. I'm assuming you mean for the firing range. Easy work around; Escape > Weapons menu > Set whichever one...

Re: randomness
It certainly lacks any pretentiousness. Deadly serious, 5/5 on the layout. Functional and coherent > Fancy and hard to find shit any day. Maybe add a bit more of a description as to what each section contains, in the section itself? An extra click to the README isn't all that necessary with the scro...

METAL GEEEEAAR also; smoked a time ago. quit once my partner near died from the chemicals effect. had her going so far as summarily passing out. but i doubt our awakening friend will survive/exist long enough ...

and then it struck me. thompson drum mags, and cigarettes. drum mags: 50 rounds, rarely found loaded, never found full. bonus points if they randomly interchange spawns with the regular mags. cigarettes: occupies the slot the torch does, when doing stuff like fiddling with mags. just a cylinder that...

Re: Informative (Gaming) Discussion 1: Micro-transactions
If I may weigh in here on cosmetic micro-transactions. Much as the same way an alcoholic hates alcohol, I hate these things. It encourages monogaming, which is poisonous to the industry, alá the way monopoly hurts real world economies. I used to do a lot of TF2 trading, after sinking significant amo...

Re: Article: Why we don't have more girls in technology
I'm complaining that traits are being pigeonholed for either gender. And- there's a difference between a sexually attractive individual, and being sexualized. You will see infinitely more women being summarily dismissed from a character's bedroom than the opposite. Also; Speaking subjectively, I rea...

Re: Article: Why we don't have more girls in technology
I DO apologize for the rambly mess, I should really stop debating at insane hours. The point I was aiming for there was even though men are portrayed as a stereotype, said stereotype is almost always in a positive light, encompassing what are stereotypically 'masculine' traits. Women, on the other h...

(my responses tend to get rambly and incoherent when my body gets full of CBD, so i apologise for that.
i'll give you a proper response once i've slept and sobered up. also, it's nice exercising the ol' neurons. danke <3)

Your words are barbed, and you make many assumptions. barbed towards a government that has a sizeable track record of human rights violations? hell yes. and what am i assuming? that you seem to think your country is great? i'm not sure what other conclusions to draw. wages Source please. https://en...

Re: Article: Why we don't have more girls in technology
i live somewhere equally as 'developed' as the US, which i'll thank you not to set as a paragon. the united states still commits as many atrocities as any other nation, and national ego is as dangerous as any else. but to list a few examples of women playing a weaker role in society there; qualified...

Re: Article: Why we don't have more girls in technology
i apologize if it came off like that, it wasn't my intention. i know who i'm looking at when i say this, and i can tell you that most citizens of the internet tend to be quite forward thinkers, who recognize the sociological problems we have left over from early western colonial conservatism. the sa...

Re: Article: Why we don't have more girls in technology
nice to see the patriarchy doing what it does best. unfortunately, individual incidents aside, it's true that programming is suffering from the same inherent chauvinism as any other field with more depth than the makeup on [insert female pop culture icon here]'s face. regrettably it'll probably stay...
