What do you mean with "wounded script"?
We already have "wounds" in the sense of enemies bleeding after getting hit with stabbing or slashing weapons, if you meant that.

I would have suggested Cortex Command, but as far as I know it only has multiplayer for people on the same computer.

How about Frozen Synapse?

The Leg Cannon being overpowered is a well known issue.
It will definitely be nerfed later on.

I´m pretty sure last added a key for blood dripping all over you and your enemies in his Blood Mod. I suggest you to download it and try it out. I´m not sure if this still works, but in a136 or so you could bleed without dying by changing your character(press 1,2,3,4,5,6) after pressing ";"...
