As Freshbite said, I'd either check for an autostart shortcut, or if nothing else, do a virus scan. Chrome is a browser. It shouldn't be starting on startup. Well, then there's always the off-chance that you've set Chrome as your default browser, have an instant messaging program that opens on star...
