Re: Weapon Additions - Updated Nov. 16th

Regarding chamber-loading on semiautomatic pistols without the aid of a magazine, while it's not the best of ideas, specially on old handguns, you can do that in case of an emergency. If the pistol has an internal extractor, like for example, the 1911, you have to drop the slide close, but some say ...

Re: Weapon Requests (ya dont have to make them if ya dun wan

Yeah it'd be nice to have a break action revolver where the rounds are ejected automatically. Haha that volley gun or whatever is a little overkill but that's awesome! A Webley Mk VI would be nice. A Webley-Fosbery self-cocking revolver would be even better. I'm looking forward for that replacement...

Re: What do you fear most in reciever?

1-Those damnd taser drones. Everything about them, specially the situations when on of them chagers at you, you only have enough time to aim and place one bullet. You hope that it will neutralize it for good, but no, you only disable its shocking prod. As a result, it keeps chasing you, humping madl...

That sawed-off lever action rifle is known as the Mare's leg: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mare%27s_Leg

While it's a cool weapon I would prefer to see a Winchester 1887 in 10 Gauge like the one that Arnold Schwarzenegger uses in Terminator 2.

Re: Weapon Additions - Updated Nov. 16th

I personally doubt that the frames of the UAV killdrones are made entirely out of steel, or entirely out of metal for that matter, mainly because of weight saving, they need to be as light as possible so they can fly around without forcing the propellor engine too much. The gun turret killdrones, on...

Re: Weapon Additions - Updated Nov. 16th

I'd say ditch the safety. I think the import models of the TT1933 9 (which had the safety) were 9 mm P since the 7.62 mm round for which it was originally chambered could punch through body armor. If it's a 9 mm P pistol, there's not much point in having it since there already is a 9 mm P pistol in...

castiglione wrote:Just a minor nit but I don't think the TT1933 has a safety, at least not in the same sense that the 1911 has one.
Originally, yes, the closest thing to safety in a TT33 was putting the hammer in half-cock, but in a lot of these pistols they added a thumb safety so they can get imported to USA.

Re: Weapon Additions - Updated Nov. 16th

I'm really digging this mod. I'm trying the bolt-action rifle. What caliber is that? .45-70 Govt or .22 Magnum? Even if it's a .22 Mag, it feels like it deal the punch of a .22lr. Sometimes turrets and UAV require several shots before dying. The rifle itself looks like an Argentine 1891 Mauser. I a...
