wallpaper

Post by neelata » Sun May 23, 2010 5:54 am

Is there an easy way to remove wallpaper? I have an old house with rooms full of outdated wallpaper. I don't really know anything about it, but I'm trying to do all the work myself. I just wondered if there was an easier way to remove the wallpaper rather than just peeling it off in shreds.

Go to the nearest Home Depot (or other large home improvement warehouse) and ask one of the people working there what you need, and how to use it. They are usually pretty helpful, and will probably save you a lot of trouble and work.

What's wrong with being on topic? Even spammers have the occasional home improvement project, not everyone can wait around for Mike Holmes to show up at their door.

It's also become apparent that Clonazepam significantly reduces one's natural spam filter.

But why remove it? it would be such a waste.
Old wallpaper makes a good base for the new one. Just stick the new wallpaper on top of old.

removing old wallpaper is a pain in the rear...

if you really have to do it, try using a portable steamer for garments...

Just get a sledge hammer and take down all the walls, then put up sheet rock and go with plaster. Far superior to wallpaper and a good way to relieve stress after it having it tear so much trying to take it down before.

Spam bot confirmed. He's been banned. Feel free to keep on with the nonsense conversation, but I'm moving it to randomness.
