The distorted guitar at the beginning sounded a bit screechy and hurt my ears. 0:20 on is pretty good though. 0:36-0:51 has some of the same screech tones. I liked the acoustics, they sounded pretty spot on, and I think you have a good thing going with the electric back-up, but may want to work on tweaking the sound of the electric. The vocals have the same screechy distortion. 2:13-2:22 and 2:53-3:02 are almost unintelligible noise because of the combination of screechy vocals and electric.

I have to say that overall, the technical performance seems pretty good, but I think it'd sound much better if it was clean instead of distorted and screechy. Maybe that's the sound you guys are going for? If so, I still think it's overdone.

yeah i agree it's a bit rough at times, considering that we are using a digital 8-track recorder and not an interface utilizing the insanely convenient technology of programs such as Logic, Pro-tools, and even Garage Band; i don't think it's sooooo bad. but rough none the less.

basically we're recording a DEMO, just for promotional reasons. once we have our shit straight we will do an actual studio recording where we can hone on our sound.

give us a few months

that shit will be clean yo

Don't mind him, dude. For pretty much a home recording, this is excellent. Plus the low-production sound works to the advantage of songs like this. Also, the riff at 0:20 is fantastic. Is that you on vocals?

the guitar solo is pretty cool though

At the moment? Drumstep (or Drum n' Bass as it might also be called).
This shit is amazing.

Apparently a remix of "Baba O'Riley" by The Who.

Naruto soundtrack is pretty beastly, particularly the battle musics.

I recently picked up the game "I Wanna Be The Guy" again.
The music for the game consists of pretty much the best of the best soundtracks created in early game history mashed together.

Original track from : Duck Tales (NES) - The Moon

Original track from: Monty On The Run (c64) - Theme

I'd heard this song months ago but never looked it up until recently, quite a lovely tune.
