What am I supposed to think? It's all over my face and looks like cotton candy. Don't blame my clearly logical actions for her fashion choices.
(But yeah, it's sucks. Really fuckin bad. I kicked ass on the strength test too, but weight just killed me there. I'm planning on just taking a month at home and dropping 20-25 pounds, try and get squad leader in bootcamp.)

Eating a bowl cereal at breakfast (~400-500 calories) and a can of vegetable soup for lunch and dinner will REALLY drop your caloric intake without decreasing your "full" feeling too much.

Another way is to just buy salad, carrots, pickles, etc and eat as much as you want. It's extremely tedious to actually gain weight on a vegetarian diet. a pound of lettuce is like 100 calories.

based on a 2,000 calorie diet, you would have to eat 20lbs of lettuce a day to simply maintain your weight.

Also, drink water. Lots of water. The benefits of keeping your stomach full will outweigh whatever weight (probably none really) you may gain from drinking water.

If you want to lose weight, All the exercise in the world doesn't really help because you have to run a mile to burn off the calories in an single oreo cookie.

basically, restrict your caloric intake to 66% of what you usually eat.

Paleo Diet FTW. I did that for a month with 4 days a week exercise and lost about 26 lbs in that time.
All protein, fruits (in moderation), nuts and veggies. Very little carbs. Cuts fat fast as all get out.

I can't go vegetarian. I want to stay alive and all, so it's out of the running. Besides, there's no way I could get to bootcamp, especially Marines, if I didn't get any protein.

I thought that there were some nice points made (against plastic surgery).

Computers can't judge what a conversation is about like a human could, but they're getting better at mimicking conversation. It isn't necessarily hard to do though.

Entirely irrelevant, but these spam bots are trying new tactics:

The ones are now spamming millions of posts in small numbers of bots, or a few posts by a few bots made to look relatively human.

It's actually kinda terrifying.
