am i the only person here who hates mmorpgs?
Some MMORPGs are good but I hate most of them for one simple reason.
Character customization.
In city of heroes, unless you do it on purpose, no 2 heroes will ever be the same.
On runescape, everyone is pretty much the same guy with a different haircut.
They look at character customization like no-one cares about it, which is completely wrong, if everyone was completely different in every attribute, move, and skill they have, then they've made the best MMORPG ever. If every character looks completely different, and it is near impossible to confuse one guy for another, they've succeeded again. If they just concentrate on making 200+ types of swords and then leave character customization as "Choose your hair style!" they've screwed it up.
And unfortunately, every MMORPG I've seen does the 3rd.

I saw perfect world, it looked somewhat like Imvu except bigger world.Blorx wrote:yeah, tis a shame...but Perfect World has the best char customization ever!!
