It has the same lead voice actress...but you have to somewhat understand Japaense pop culture to understand some of the jokes and references in Lucky Star. Its good though.

That is Enter Shikari, a post-hardcore/metal/trance band, whatever the fuck you want to call them. They're different. They're from St. Alban's in England.
