Press and hold the crouch key, then hit the attack key, with no enemies or corpses nearby.

It semi-works on stone if you miss a body when trying to stab it (on stone), but it doesn't actually clean the sword, it just makes the sound for cleaning the sword

Sounds like a glitch, unless thats meant to be the sword clanging off the stone when you miss?

No, when I miss a body when stabbing it just makes the normal ground-stab sound and goes into the stone and comes out still bloody, that's all, must be a loophole in the code (ie: it's not exactly the sort of thing that would be caused by a bug… but that depends on what you say a bug is)
