DAE prefer not to be categorized as a "brony" because of the stigma people attach with the fandom?

Yeah.
The term "Brony" usually carries a connotation of an obsessive fan-boy who loses his spaghetti all over the deck when someone even remotely refers to ponies not being a totally horrible thing.

Lol, DAE is used for "Does Anybody Else"? :lol: I went to a school where the game design course was called that, so now I imagine the whole school being a secret brony-in-hiding.

Digital Arts and Entertainment. Their site has some cool stuff, but they only showcase the best work by the most talented students.

I was an exchange student there for one year, learned a LOT about perspective and drawing and painting and stuff.

I have wanted to talk about ponies with someone other than my one brony friend for awhile, but I just couldn't be bothered making an account for a pony forum. This forum makes me happy. Anyway, anyone been keeping up with Seasnon 4? Looks pretty good so far to me. My fav ep so far is probably Catsle Mane-ia.

I hope this isn't dead now.

I thought Castle Mane-ia was very interesting as far as visuals are concerned. That episode really highlighted the tweaks they did with the animation and the whole set was just so different from what you usually have in the show. The story itself was kind of average. Not bad, but very predictable. It felt a bit like filler.
But in the end it did advance the season's plot and maybe, just maybe, it has introduced a recurring villain (assuming that the end was not just a horror trope).

I have yet to see yesterday's episode.
