Me too! I'm still cleaning up after that last one. The cleaning may or may not be related to that last one though, and what I'm cleaning may or may not be sexual.

On a completely different note, what's up with all the pink bearded avatars? >__>

It's community history/lore.
If you weren't there, you wouldn't get it.

To be fair I don't think you even had to have been there, don't think Korban was and he still got in on it. Admittedly, he used my little pony to do so, but I suppose he still gets credit for trying.

True, and true.
I've just got this idea in my head which likens it to wearing the lilac (See Pratchett's Night Watch), which would mean it'd be superexclusive to those who'd experienced the corresponding Event.
But of course it isn't like that.

It should be. If only Freshbite could change the avatars of everyone who wasn't there to not have beards. Still. apparently that falls outside of even his mighty powers.

Ugh, I hate exclusivity. The idea that some group deserves some kind of badge of honor (beard in this case) because they just happened to be somewhere at the right time is absolutely ridiculous.
What usually happens is they delude themselves into thinking they're somehow special because of it and then they start picking and choosing who can have the "badge".
Don't make me drop the beard in protest. I don't wanna be a part of that kinda shit.

Hey, all I heard about my previous beard was that it was bad and I should change it. I did. Don't start crying again, or it might get worse...
Yes, I was not around for the beard (Sad face engaged), but I read up on my community lore once I arrived.
Well, hopefully the all mighty beard does not become that way. In fact, it's kind of being forgotten. Once/If y'all senior forumites die/move on from OG and I follow suit, I doubt the beard memory will linger long. Here's to hoping that the new users brush up on their history and keep the legend alive.
