Seen any good ones recently? I haven't. (Except for one, but The Rocky Horror Picture Show doesn't count)

The Helvetica documentary is very good, but only if you are really into typography.

District 9.

District fucking 9.

Sheer unadulterated awesome from start to finish. The opening act is especially well done.

Oh, and the climax had me in raptures.

Go watch it.

Watched that one too not long ago. It was really strange. I'm glad I didn't have any nightmares about Frank!

Yeah, Donnie Darko is good, but it was a bit too depressing. Although I did like the end.

It's a really good movie, I just finished watching it . - It's a movie that you have to know what time travel is about and how it works, to understand it.

If you're looking for very recent films, Iron Man 2 was friggen awesome.

Robin Hood was good, could've been better, and the story gets confusing at a few points, but still worth a watch I think.

Also I admit to having never seen the whole Predator series. I've seen the first, but never the second... And I don't know if there are any more than that.

it was cool, but the main character annoyed the hell out of me.

as for my recommendations
The Harold and Kumar Series - stoner comedy
Cheech and Chong series - stoner comedy
The Science of Sleep - cool indie film
Gummo - crazy indie film
Evil Dead - classic, hilarious horror
Evil Dead 2 - "
Drag Me to Hell - awesome, new hilarious horror
Fierce People - really fucking neat drama
Hedwig and the Angry Inch - the only musical i will ever like

i will post some more later, i watch a lot of movies.
