I notice that there's 3 or 4 seconds of silence at the beginning, before the soundtrack kicks in, which is kind of disconcerting.
It seems like the section from 0:25-0:26 gets repeated at 0:27 to 0:28, which makes the video seem kind of jerky or laggy.
Slow motion seems to be overused. For instance, 0:37 to 0:56 or so is entirely slowed down, and I really think slow-mo should be used to put emphasis on a section spanning maybe 5 or 10 seconds at most. I mean, I do think that that huge jump should be slowed, just not the entire section leading up to it!
More movement. I know that seems kind of silly to say for a video about parkour, but I mean, you spent about 20 seconds jumping from one platform to another in that section that I mentioned in bullet point 3 Kind of tedious to see the same moves being used on the same structure, y'know?
Variety! It seems kind of boring to have the whole video take place by the red pillars. I would have loved to see some transitions between several parkour/platforming levels, with each section taking up maybe 20 to 30 seconds in the video. Look at the music video for Mirror's Edge where this theme is used to get an idea of what I'm talking about:
