RAM - Corsair 16GB(4x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz ($119)
If this is going to be primarily a gaming computer, you don't need more than 6GB of RAM, max. Hardly any games out nowadays utilize more than 2GB of system RAM at a time. However, for high-resolution film editing, multitasking, ect. having more RAM can never be a bad thing. If you have the money, go for it.
Cooling - Antec KUHLER H2O 620 CPU Cooler ($85)
Unless you're planning to do some heavy overclocking, a third-party CPU cooler isn't really needed.
Power Supply - Enermax Revolution85+ 1250W SLI ($299)
Your PSU is a little overkill. Your system would run fine on a 750W power supply.
Sound - Creative X-Fi Titanium 7.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI-e 1x ($65)
I wouldn't recommend a Creative sound card for Windows 7. The drivers are absolute shit, to put it lightly. My X-Fi card is great when it works, but causes a wide manner of problems, most notably that when I have the card in I'll get a complete system freeze requiring a hard reset of the computer every 1-5 hours.
Windows 7 home premium ($99)
Additionally, you can download an ISO of Windows 7 here, and then buy a license key for much cheaper (Around USD$25, IIRC). It's completely legal, although the option isn't always available.

That PSU is godly, but You're never going to use all of it. I'd suggest maybe a 650-700w PSU. I wouls still go with the third party cooling, as stock cooling is generally pretty bad. Also, the stock fan is a PAIN to install, and if you do it wrong you can warp the board. If I were you I would get the x6 keyboard, I've never liked razers, but that's just ergonomical preference. I would also hold off on buying a massive hard drive, as the prices are still super high.
