Honey is the only sweetener besides raw sugar cane that is (kind of) acceptable (in moderation) in the Paleo Diet. So, yeah. I FREAKIN' LOVE IT. And homemade cranberry sauce tastes a ton better when you replace the refined sugar with honey.
