I use ellipses more often than I do commas.
Also I will often express side thoughts on a topic within brackets.
Also I always type in blue. Except for every other post but this one.

I believe I would have problems distinguishing between the two of you, yeah.

Glabbit I could spot a mile away. Viktor I could as well, but I might think he was Janne or vice versa. Adwuga I could probably pick out. Last I could as well. Bryan would be hard to spot maybe.

Haha, last would be really easy.
I don't mean to be a dick or anything, but his English is terrible. It's why we love him. I think he's the only one here that both speaks English badly and is still liked. Could be wrong, but...

People could mix up me and Endo? Huh. That is interesting.
I took him as a completely more serious person than I claim to be.
Jacktheawesome wrote:Bryan would be hard to spot maybe.
Yeah, sadly I think so too... Bryan, you need to be more unique.

Sadly, this is kind of true. Last we love because under the shroud of google translate, it's obvious he's a pretty smart guy, and he contributes so much awesome. I'll admit people with terrible English grate a little on me. Especially because it seems like so many make kind of stupid comments.
That or I'm a dick.

Now that I think about it you can be a bit more silly than him. But you both have this sort of brusque, official tone sometimes.

The funny thing is he's one of my favorite posters here (here Bryan, have some ego). But it's true. He doesn't have any truly defining characteristic that's evident through text.

Brusque? Endo and I? Huh. I've never thought about it. An "official tone" I can agree with, but I've never thought that someone would take how I express myself as brusque.
Hm. This made me think a lot...

I know. Come to think of it, Korban and I can be rather similar in text form.
More and more, I want to do this as an experiment. I wonder if we could get this to take effect on the Randomness board for like a month. The shroud could be lifted after that time, and we could see who was whom. It would be a pretty cool.

We could do some experiments in the Wolfire IRC. Either that or we could start our own IRC. It could be like some form of internet reality show. If several of you thinks this would be a good idea, I could make some arrangements, otherwise, I'll just let this idea get burrowed.

That sounds cool. Put my as an immediate vote of approval; lets see what everyone else thinks when they stop being lazy and come post lines of text on the internet.

We could all make fake accounts with a proxy, and on a date (I vote April 1) We start to use them. To let it be known that this is a second account, our first post can be something cryptic like:
"I am one of those who was one before."
also, YAY for being an individual. Jack and Korban are sisters, so it's OK that they are similar. Similarity isn't bad either, but too much is bad, and I see that too often. That's why I wear a lampshade instead of a hat.

We could make a sort of competition out of it, so if someone got correctly identified, they would have to drop out or use their real account.

Making it a competition would encourage people to not be themselves, which is not what we want. We shouldn't make new accounts for it either. The best option would be an outside source. Like some form of blind-date chat room where we all suddenly meet.

Or we could all get together in real life and have a solidarity service, like in Brave New World.
